主题：Arminio Fraga will discuss issues of international
 capital markets and financial fragility, drawing
 parallels between current events in China and the world
 and his experiences in Brazil and as a major player in
 international capital markets. After his prepared
speech there will be a question and answer session.

           Arminio Fraga 先生个人简介：
As the Governor of the Brazilian Central Bank until
 2003, Arminio Fraga is generally considered to be one
 of the leading central bankers of recent times.  He
 steered Brazil through both the devaluation crisis of
 January, 2001, and the election-year crisis of 2002. 
Before joining the central bank Mr. Fraga was a trader
 and fund manager for George Soros’ hedge fund, a bond
 trader at Salomon Brothers, and a professor at both the
 Wharton school at the University of Pennsylvania and at
 Columbia University.  He has published widely in
 leading academic journals.
